Joe Hart will always be a genuine legend at our club , a player who i think genuinely cared about our club and supporters , to all the posters who have chosen to belittle his ability and contribution to our club , hang your head in shame , Joe may have made a few gaffs in his appearances , but the amount of points he saved us , and competitions he saved us from losing far out weighs his few mistakes , once a blue always blue , good luck Joe in Italy , and leave with your head held high.

If we are to accept that a keeper who is as comfortable with his feet as he is with his hands is a necessity then we may as well have saved the fee and a squad place by playing Navas in goal as, it is said, Jesus saves.
Best gag on here in ages

Well played

Good luck Joe
Sad but all good things come to an end
Has behaved impeccably as far as the club is concerned through some very hard times for him. Respect is due for that.
Will always have a special place in our history and hope he succeeds in helping Torino overhaul the scum that are Juventus (though I very much doubt that will ever happen....)

Probably already been posted, but......

Good evening.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to address all the amazing Manchester City fans who have been so good to me. It's been a difficult few weeks but that will never cloud the amazing journey and experience your great club has given to me. From the moment I signed in 2006, the club and its fans have given me football and life experiences I could never have imagined and I am so thankful for that. Football is a crazy game and, due to circumstances, I am now moving on to another chapter of my career and I am very grateful that Torino has given me this opportunity to play for their great club .
But the feelings I felt during the recent Steaua Bucharest game will live with me forever. You can't buy that and I will struggle to replicate them. So thank you for that and all the amazing memories.
There are many great people at the club behind the scenes and the club is moving in the right direction, so I would like to wish Manchester City football club, all its staff and players and of course the fans, all the best for the coming season and beyond.

Thanks again

Joe Hart

Good luck Joe.

Joe :( so class, so good. I love all the people who read a few articles and listen to a few vids and agree that him leaving is "good for the club". That Pep needs a "keeper who can pass". Bravo is not that much better than Joe in that regard. I'd rather listen to actual people in the profession who praise Hart. I don't know better than them and neither do you. I love City but dislike Pep. Yeah, hot start to the campaign. But so did Pellers last year. Pep has had two gigs. Two gigs at two top 4 clubs in the world. Inherited a Bayern team who had been runner up in the CL and CL Champs the previous two years. Never made it past the semi's at the helm (which City did last year obvi). Lets stop acting like he's a God and accept he could have made a mistake getting rid of Joe. I'm sure part of it was ego on Peps behalf. To ensure people know it's his club. Just like Jose with Casillas at RM. I'll support the team regardless and have held off on the Pep dislike. But the Joe bashing from you "supporters" after everything he's done for the club is dishartening* to say the least. And I hope Pep proves me wrong and is fantastic. That would be the best wrong I've ever had. But I'm not jumping to trophies.

Great post , we appear to have a few posters , who get great enjoyment at kicking a man when he is down , takes all sorts.
