The club needs to figure out how to let people go. Whether it's Hart, Mancini, Pellegrini, or others. The way we've been doing it always leaves a lot to be desired.

Definitely agree with that. Joe's appreciation for the send off will cloud most peoples judgement. But it feels as most fans just get pushed this narrative that they have to leave so then they say "good riddance". But in actuality they deserved much more. A rich history in the win column our club does not have (our lives). Winning does not only signify importance. But the three you stated did all that and we left with murmurs of "overrated", "not needed". Which is definitely incomprehensible to many supporters.
 
I defended Joe big time on this thread, earlier, BUT...

I finally saw why PG wanted a change now. Seeing Caballero deliver the ball to KdB on the wing, across the ground to set up an attack was something I know Joe doesn't have in his locker.

Yet.

I'm hoping he learns footwork in the Italian league and comes back bigger and better. It ain't goodbye, just see you later!

I'll be watching, Joe!!
