Joe Hart or Willy Caballero

I am not completely writing off Willy just yet.

Entirely your prerogative Ray but he'll never get past Hart.

Well done yet again Joe.

He may or may not oust Hart but he can still make a good contribution to the team and squad once he settles. Posters were quick to write of Demichelis last season and look how that panned out.

Anybody who wrote of our Martin, wouldn't know a player if he fell on their head.

I think Willy is a decent keeper, just not near Harts quality.

He was out of order doing that to the ref, needs to sort that shit out sharpish and a written apology to the ref would not hurt him.

Seems an ok fella but that stuff is not cool at all tbh.

The outfield players did it all game. Rooney has been doing it his whole career but Hart is out of order for having a word with a ref who was appalling and at risk of costing us the game? And written apology?! The **** did his best to make sure the rags got something out of that game he doesn't deserve the steam from Joe's piss let alone an apology.

When your a 6'4 big lad steaming up to a ref head pushed out like that it looks terrible and you just can't do that.
I don't care what rooney does tbh i just care about our players.

If i was the ref and saw that on motd i would be thinking "what a ****" tbh.
So if a personal letter of his own back explaining he was fired up. Explain that he got a bit to giddy with an apology helped keep the ref sweet i would do it.

Just think of it as giving a shitty customer a refund even though they broke it and have no receipt just to get them out of the shop. Not very palatable but for the greater good.

So Caballero then?
If we keep winning I don't think Hart will be back in the starting spot.
Doesn't matter as he had just signed the new contract. Cunning from Pelegrini there...

Yep so very cunning Baldrick…after all, it doesn't matter that we won 9 & drew 1 of the last 10 games with Joe.

Anyone shed any light on why Joe was dropped?

Because in my opinion Willy is absolutely crap, and isn't fit to lace either Joe's or Costel's boots.

Thought Caballero had a good game today, made a couple of big saves. Think he's been a bit unlucky with the goals conceded when he plays, none of them have really been his fault IMO.

Prefer Hart, but this guy is solid and have no problem when he plays

Hmm....

MP said he likes to give him more than just the FA Cup game and that Joe will be back in next week.

TBH I was quite disappointed that, just like Hart, Willy failed to dominate the box - the goal from the corner and other set pieces were in his domain for him to clear out but he stayed rooted to his line.

He wasn't dropped.

Pay more attention.
