Cancelo has barely played two consecutive games for us in his favoured position since he joined and Mahrez has one good game for us in every 3/4 matches.

I like Rodri as a player but it’s no coincidence that we’ve dropped a level ever since he replaced Dinho as our DM.

Stones played a pivotal role in both our league winning seasons under Pep before injuries hit him. So long as Stones is never partnered with Garcia, I could see him recapturing his best form if played alongside, Laporte, Ake or Dias.

Stones’s issue always seem to be when he’s partnered with a lesser CB. That should hopefully never happen with our options now.

I hope he stays. I think he is talented enough to beat out whoever we get when he is on his day ( Even if that's Koulibaly).

Hope he stays, fights for his place, wins, stays dominant and send whoever we bring in to the bench.

Do what Walker has been doing since he got here. We bring some super-duper RB in, Walker simply dusts his hands and out works them. Even though he has been less talented than every other RB we've brought in.

Me, his head looked like it had completely gone, never doubted the guy's talent, just the way he was wasting it.

Still early days, but the turn around in attitude and form is outstanding, long may it continue.
