If these so calked promises were so important and these are the reasons and only reasons tevez agreed to stay, why didn't kia get these written into Tevezs contract? Basically stating that if the promises weren't met, Tevez would be allowed to leave?

Kia...Cook...Kia...Cook...Neither of these people are to blame for Carlos wanting to leave City. Carlos has pulled this sort of shit at Boca, Corithians, West Ham, the Rags and now with us! He is bad news, he is a trouble making, money grabbing, wife cheating wanker who makes decisions for himself and upsets whoever he wants to and moves on.
I don't give a shit about anything Kia has to say. He's just some agent, he's a total wanker, yes, but nothing to MCFC and nothing to me. The only important thing about him is that he's Carlos' best mate which speaks volumes for Carlos - if you're best mates with someone like Kia, you're obviously a fuckin idiot yourself!
Kia can woman and moan all he wants about Cook. But in his last line; "and I didn't get paid a penny [for helping bring Yaya to City]" shows everyone right there tells us what his problem with Cook is and why he's creating this storm. Bitterness is a tragic trait!
And as for Carlos, well, Kia may well be correct about Cook approaching Carlos about a new contract. But how does that end up in Carlos handing in a transfer request? That can't be Cooks fault unless the most ridiculous incident happened if Carlos turned down the offer and thus Cook said well we're selling you in the summer because we want someone more reliable off the pitch. I mean, if Carlos hadn't cheated on his wife he may not have had to miss 3 weeks of last season when his daughter was born in Argentina, his whole family could have been in Manchester and Carlos wouldn't have had to miss even one game and we could well be playing Champions Lg football this season, not Europa!

Were hearing Carlos was disappointed we didnt make the champs league, great player you are but correct me if i am wrong but didnt he miss league games that could have got us there, we all know the reasons he missed those games.
