Pissed off with this joke award, but not entirely surprised.
And please note (pedant alert) that "criteria" is plural, the singular form being "criterion". So you can't say "the criteria is" - it's like saying "the women is...".
If we can't win PoTY, we can at least observe the correct grammar.

Milner, in that same position as Henderson this season, for me does the same job. Henderson is a workhorse and that's it.
