Jose Antonio Reyes dies in car crash

Actually gutted. Honestly, when we were crap I loved watching that Arsenal team as they played great football. Reyes was one of my favourites in that side. Seemed like a good bloke and a great footballer, and he's only 35. No age at all that. Awful news :(
 
Wow, deepest sympathy to his nearest and dearest.

I really liked him at Arsenal - I remember when he was stitched up by a radio station where they posed as one of the Madrid clubs saying they wanted him - got him to say how much he wanted to join them, virtually finished him at Arsenal.

RIP Antonio.
 
I just went on the Independent website to see the details and they very kindly provide the reader will “11 sporting deaths of 2019”. Seems a morbid/sick to me

I didn’t realise Reyes was still playing. I can’t but feel he could have been better, looking back the move to Arsenal probably did for him as Wenger was losing his touch then
