FOREVER REMEMBERED, NEVER FORGOTTEN. Sue Clark xxx
Got it coming up soon, won't go in to detail but is there anyway to get out of it?

I have put it off a year and now they have called me back. Work is more important to me and I know while I'm there I will have work on my mind.

You should have a choice, also I'm asked to swear to the oath, I don't believe in God so whats the point? it means nothing.

Arrange a business meeting and that can get u out of it. Also u can get turned away there it's pot luck

My Daughter got off as she was off work unwell and was signed off for a month. Took her documents (sick note) to the court and was excused.

To your point about being a non-believer as am I. I often wonder if I had to swear in oath I'd have to say... no thanks, you have my word. Would that be acceptable?

Tell them you're prejudiced against anybody stupid enough to end up in court and you're not going to pay any attention to the evidence.

I did it start of January, enjoyed the experience though the case was quite heavy. You can get a doctors letter if you don't fancy it, and its 'legit. Lots of sitting around, there's free WiFi but the foods shite. They cover certain crimes such as murder at crown square and not minshull street, as for putting your hand on the bible, you don't have too, you just read from a differant card. Out of 12 jurors only me and another girl didn't pledge to the big man. You can get a free bus ( number 2 ) from picc train station for crown square, depending what side of town your coming from.
