Dad received a text from a friend in the sporting fitness area (don't know when it was sent because he switched it off on the day before Christmas Eve AM and turned it on around an hour ago due to being off work) that we've requested the medical documents of an Italian defender, French defender, German midfielder & German defender. Don't know the names or the exact positions or the country they're based in. I hope one is Sakho. Guess it could be Lahm & Ribery? Don't know about the Italian...

Ribery's medical documents would make pretty grim reading right now... a Bayern nut I spoke to said the rumour was that there was a serious possibility he'd never play again.... sad sad stuff, hope he comes back before the end of the season, but you'd have to be ultra careful about spending mega-bucks on someone who has suffered two very serious injuries in the space of 18 months.

Schweinsteiger would be a very 'Mancini' player, he's very much like Stankovic, in fact, who was a huge Mancini favourite at Inter. extremely versatile attacking/central/side midfielder, very strong and hard working, powerful shot, good passer, a very good alrounder.
