Just used the new seating planner for the first time.

Just ordered my lads ticket for Wigan, got the last one in 110. I checked 308 where I sit and there was only 4 seats available for the Wigan game, I noticed a lot more people had said on here that they had moved to 308/307 areas with their SC's. very few on sale now in that area it would seem for Prem games.

Anyway the planner is very impressive, easy to use and much quicker then the old one. I also noticed your loyalty points went on as soon as you had paid for the ticket.

So well done again City lets hope it keeps working ok :)

Yes just got last tkt in block 218 £28 no booking fee online.

How did you find using it, last week there was no planner just best seats option, it was really good this morning so much quicker.

Looks great and is user friendly alright but useless at the moment for me as I cannot buy for my daughter!. Seems if you want to buy a junior ticket you have to phone up (and pay a charge for the privilege) or go to the ticket office (bit difficult from Scotland!!). Frustrating when my wife and I get tickets OK but we can't do the wee yin. City need to get this sorted pronto.

How long have adult tickets been £28?

My lads 19-21 was only 25 this morning, maybe with it being Wigan.
