Kaka doesn't play Champions League football

AC Milan are in the same competition as us, UEFA Cup, we play in a better league, the best league in the world, and with a couple of wins under our belt we will fly up the table. Kaka will be on a lot of money, playing with his friends in a league he has expressed desire to play football in. We have all the money in the world and will be bringing in (if we get Kaka) numerous other quality players in the future. Surely there's enough scope to try and convince him there?

Yeah, if we were to get kaka and/or david villa they'd be cup tied. We can get one CL player in the squad if I'm not mistaken, and that would of course be Bridge at the moment unless we sign another one.

Real just tried to register Diarra and Huntelaar, but they got rejected at the appeal commity, saying they could only register one, so why couldnt we register Kaka, if we got him ?

Pretty sure that is the case in FM so I think you are right.

Cup Tied, we can register only one who has played in CL, none from UEFA
