found this on a Newcastle forum, the guy who posted it is some sort of European agent who is very much ITK with several Eurpoean clubs although from his previous postings I dont think he deals with any of the 'big' clubs.

I heard they did the deal with Milan 2nd week December for 66m euro but Kaka would stay till the summer at Milan.(tried the same with Villa). Kaka and his agents did not agree.
They went back 2nd Jan with more money and Kaka said no.
Kaka has an agreement with a Real Madrid presidential candidate so he has been trying to stall.
But everyone has a price!
