Not at all. Typically though, a discussion is about facts, and events.
Not bullshit hypothesising whether or not he made the right decision based on even greater levels of bullshit and hearsay.
I try to be as level-headed as any around here, but I have to say I think you've got it wrong.
I think courtrooms are the place for discussing facts and events. Online message boards are the perfect venue for bullshit hypothesizing. Just don't present your bullshit as writ and I think it's harmless to say "I feel like he's made a mistake in his decision making choosing PSV..." etc.
I guess the thing that i disagree with is slating a kid for apparently turning down all these other great loan offers - when we have no idea whether or not there were a) any to begin with or b) if there were what the details were.
The questioning of his decision only started after someone posted a tweet (a tweet for fucks sake) saying he turned down Milan and Marseille.
Here's a selection of responses
i don't think he has chosen well and in all probability, against advice.
Its a bit of a double edged for sure, however,he has chosen the easy option for me.
he *is* playing in a micky mouse league whether you want to admit it or not.
'm still thinking this loan is pretty much a waste of time though, its not progression in my opinion......
A really tough season in Italy, with some sinister baldy fucker next to him hissing at him when he runs out of position & teaching him how to be a complete bastard, would have been worth 3 seasons in Holland.
That's my concern with Rekik, has he chosen easy street? and what does that say about his character?
I might be doing him a huge injustice but I really am struggling with the logic,or ambition..... of returning to a sub standard environment.
All of that based on a tweet which may or may not have any degree of truth to it.
Maybe it is true. Maybe it isn't. Who knows? Definitely not the people on this thread thats for sure.
And this last quote takes the proverbial
My beef with it is people bullshitting. He hasn't done anything to deserve the rep he's been given & people keep coming on just basically making shit up about his performances.
- when the same poster feels free to simply "make shit up" about the "facts" about what led him to make his loan decision.
To extend the cake analogy - you can't have your cake and eat it too...
