It can't be age that has Kev that low down, Firmino is only 4 months younger and he's rated at £106m FFS.

In so far as any valuations are "realistic" in the bubble of football economics, Sterling's is more realistic than Sancho's, a player who unlike Raz has yet to prove himself in an elite league (which the Bundesliga is not, judging by what I've watched recently).

Sterling will need to be replaced and then that sets a precedent of City being a selling club like Borussia Dortmund. Real Madrid can often buy who they want.

Any player valuation right now is meaningless, one really needs to see how the window goes, personally I have a feeling that the market will be flat as anything this summer and players will be moving for much much less than we would have thought before everything happened at the start of the year. Long term that actually might be a good thing for City having to find a top level goalscorer over the next couple of years.
