Keeping minimised videos playing on phone

[Champions Again Ole Ole]

Using a new phone. On my old phone I could watch videos on websites, films etc, minimise chrome and the video would still be playing in a small screen, allowing me to use other apps.

It doesn't let me do it on my new phone. Does anyone know if there's a setting I can adjust to allow it.

Old phone was A12, new phone is A13.
