At this stage it appears both factions are simply going through and seeing what they want to see - the sections that support their own view. The extract is pretty damning, but Owen Jones' tweet isn't even accurately reflected by the very extract he's sharing.

Still - I can see why they released it today. I doubt it really is manna from heaven for the Tories as I don't think it'll get much traction in the media at the moment.
