Keir Starmer

Seems people have been turned off by Keith's calling Sunak a nonce lover.

Who knew...

I might rename him Keir Spursy at this rate.
Seen a piece this morning where it said that nobody really gave a shit apart from a few Twitter users.

I’ve not had one conversation about it and even the news channels realised it’s not really a story, just part of electioneering.

The only person yesterday on the doorstep to mention anything to do with party leadership was saying we could do with an independent middle of the road party, not too left and not too right. In vain did I suggest that's where Starmer was positioning Labour. So at least one person thinks Labour is still lefty, ish.

I've been out leafleting this morning on behalf of a friend who standing for councillor. (Labour)

Sadly where I am the stench of fear and ignorance of your fellow man lingers and we could well get an "independent" who has links with the far right.

That is the problem with "independents" who are often closet Tories. There's one ward with 3 independents who don't agree with each other and only form a "political group" so they are entitled to places on committees. Mind you, the Tories don't agree with each other and are split between those trying not to be the Nasty Party and at least one of them trying his hardest to be the nasty party.

I won’t click but is that the Tories telling people how the Tories are doing?

Like I said, not one conversation.
