Keith Curle still hates Andy Cole

Keith Curle was on Keys and Gray this lunchtime.

Apparently Curle and Cole both attended the recent funeral and wake for Chris Kiwomya's seven year old son who died suddenly in September.

According to Curle they blanked each other all afternoon and nothing has changed since the nastiness between them in the early 90s.

Anyone remember the League Cup tie against Newcastle when they squared up to each other in front of the Main Stand?

Keith Curle was a Rolls-Royce of a defender in a team of Ford Escorts.

He was really classy. Not good in the air, but hardly anything went past him along the ground.

It seemed like it started in the LC 1994 game at Maine Rd, it was Cole's come back or soon after, and he got nothing out of Curle and you could see words being exchanged.

Our season took a nose dive after we won the replay.
