We do give the players agents plenty of ammunition to hit us with.
We do give some very ordinary players incredible contracts that any other club would never give or even consider giving.
I would include players like Bony, Kolarov, Mangala, Sterling and Navas. These guys are on crazy money.
I can understand Augero, KDB and Yaya, having big deals, they are/were in Yaya's case big stars but the former are not, they are good players on super star money.
I would be offering Kelchi a contract that could be renegotiated each year if he maintains a constant improvement. Rewarding highly for meeting his obvious potential.
