Oily fish a few times a week..that simple!
 
I stopped taking cod liver oil for reasons like this.
You can get the benefits from more direct sources (the stuff the fish themselves eat).
NHS says No more than twice a week.
Too many pollutants like mercury in them that can build up in the body for more than that weekly amount.
