ive been doing a bit of a search on the web and come up blank. im wondering what the personal wealth of our chairman is while it obviously wont be as much the sheikh im sure he must be doing alright for himself.

In fact it wouldnt surprise me if its more than these guys that are taking over lpool. it would be quite funny if our chairman was worth more than liverpools owners

he seems to be an extremely powerful man but apart from one interview with CNN there seems to be little about him on the web

Extremely powerful, but they say the people with class are quiet, and he's a very private man it would seem but obviously so classy.

I think his household bills are secure for the next month or 2.
The thing about our guys and many like them is they dont publicise their wealth, they dont subscribe to indexes or the like to do abit of yearly willy waving, they just go about their business of making fortunes.
With money you gain power, as money makes the world go round,
In football lingo Khaldoon (Messi) is a very powerful man with a great business (football) brain, add to that his team of finely tuned business people (Teammates) makes him a Barcelona of business.

He's the Senior Vice President of Dolphin Energy.

CEO of the Mubadala Group which is basically involved in everything, including building aeroplanes and space ships. Mubadala also own a $5 billion aluminium plant too.

Vice president of Piaggio Aero. They make aircraft.

As well as this he sits on many boards including ALDAR Properties, Emirates Foundation and First Gulf Bank.

When the Abu Dhabi government was restructured in 2006, Al Mubarak became chairman of Executive Affairs Authority and a member of the Executive Council for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. He is also an Abu Dhabi Education Council member, a director of the Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (ABCED), and chairman of the Organization & Administration Department. Al Mubarak is co-chair of the United States Chamber of Commerce's U.S.–U.A.E. Business Council, which was established in 2007, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Media Zone Authority, and vice chairman of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council which was established in 2007.

I got that from Wiki.

I take it he's not short of a few bob and is obviously a very intelligent individual.

We're in very safe hands.
