Kicking the ball out for injured players

If you receive treatment on the field you have to go off and be allowed back on by the referee. Maybe one way to cut down on the play acting would be to keep players off the pitch for the same length of time they were receiving treatment.

Why dont they just allow the medical staff onto the pitch whilst the game is in process, like in rugby?

It would cut out people feigning injury for an advantage and would allow the medical staff to start the work needed!

All decisions regarding play, for good or for ill, should rest with the whistling wanker. Time after time we see the most outrageous examples of simulation in order to halt the flow of play from the attacking side. It's bloody obvious to anyone watching what the cnuts are upto. Why does the governing body still allow such nonsense. It can't do anything for the image of the game.

For me let them roll around as much as they like. As soon as the referee stops the game due to a none foul the 4th official should start the stop watch and when the player leaves the field that is the amount of time he stays off that pitch. He is then only allowed after that time has elapsed and there is break in play.

This will continue to go on until the official time on the field is kept OFF the field! When there is a goal, the clock should stop until the ref blows the whistle for the restart of the game. When the ref stops play for an injured player, the clock should be stopped...

With the "game clock" clearly visible to everyone, it would make all the rolling around just an attempt to get a player carded, and we'd all be able to see it for what it is.

And, while I'm on about it, it is long past time there was retrospective action for all the fakery. Players who are clearly NOT touched in the face, but who go down clutching their face, should be given a seat in the stands for the next game. It is a cancer in the game and the egregious examples make football look like a game of fakers, soft arses and cheats!
Not to mention keepers like Tim Howard taking 3 minutes to take a goal kick when Everton are drawing..... 4 minutes if winning (yet miraculously just 4 seconds when they are losing!

Haha! Exactly! Perfect example of own of the things that drives fans crazy!

Seems everyone has come to accept all this negative stuff in the game, but if it continues unabated, it is going to diminish the gazillions that are spent on it, as people tire of seeing 65 minutes instead of 90, and the chicanery getting worse as the consequences of a red card or penalty get even more expensive!

We should be doing everything technologically possible to make football the cleanest, most competitive and FAIR sport possible, so that it is quality players that win games, not refs too lazy to stop their watch or give the penalty or give the second yellow to the blatant repeat offender. Nothing more maddening than watching the ref leave the card in his pocket because the player already has a yellow, then seeing him give a first yellow a minute later for a nothing offense...often from some cheat rolling around on the ground waiting for the card to be issued!

There should be a firing squad available at all games on the sidelines,so when these cheating bastards go down their stinking carcass can be dragged of the field of play so execution can take place there and then,i would like to see the cheating fuckings rub their knee after that ! Cunts !

Simple - injured players should receive treatment where they lie while the game carries on. Also to stop all the time wasting shit there should be 2 halves of 30mins but the clock stops every time someone is injured or the ball goes out. That would stop all this time wasting shit and feigning injury.

How about 45 minutes each way with the same proviso. It'll never catch on, though.
