90 minutes. Why hasn't there been a mass exodus?
Most of them do to be honest. They are confident on the ball, have an eye for a pass & there was a lot of good individual skill on show most games.Bernaba and braaf look great prospects
TBF the UEFA Youth tournament is U19, not U23 so they'll be playing teams much closer to their own ages with all that that implies.Yet that team has only won 2 of it's league in Premier League2 this season!! Not all opposition is as easy as Shaktar

City's policy seems to be that by the time youngsters reach 18/19 if they're considered potentially good enough to step up at City they'll either be part of the first team squad (e.g. Foden, Garcia) or loaned out to see how they cope with first team experience at a decent level. Also most of the ones deemed not good enough for City will be loaned out to lower league teams to get experience and put them in the shop window which leaves few over-19s for the EDS.This and the FA youth cup seem to be the tournaments that the EDS is set up to compete in. We play the same group in the PL2 which is under 23 but we don't have many players in the 19 - 23 age group that i am aware of.
