The official City shop is once again overcharging for the new kit £55, when it is freely availiable at other outlets for less, so be warned blues and shop around the money is better in your pocket than theres. They did it before with videos etc.

This is the Moaning and Whinging thread....

Its pathetic, the number of times I have read we are being ripped off for this, the new kit is crap, the player are all leaving, and or rubbish, the new manager ( whoever that ends up being) is already crap. we wont buy anyone decent, Chelsea will win the league, They will also buy any player we are linked with etc etc etc.

Grow up people, this is what supporting any team is like, or do you simply expect us to play brilliantly every game, romp the league, win the champions league, have a new kit that you get for free when you attend the first match of the season, oh and that everyone will simply adore it........ there is a lot more that some people seem to expect from our club, and they want it all for free.... or near as damn it.

Our owners are not ripping anyone off, this club costs them a fortune each and every year, and will continue to do so for many years to come

we should remmember this, and maybe consider the alternatives...........

Probably got £3.99 p&p to add too and if it's Sports Direct their web prices are often less than the shop prices on replica shirts.

There's the s/c discount that some people will get so could drop the price to £36 if bought in store or delivered to one.

Wasn't there an issue with some of the shops not using the same letters and numbers as the ones the players kits have?

What are you moaning about??

City sell it for £55, get your discount and its £49.50.

Sports Direct are selling it for £59.99 but currently reduced to £49.99 dearer than City with the discount!

Get the discount from your season ticket (another rip off) and you'll be ok. Best way to not get ripped off would be stay in your house and don't get dressed.

Good luck with the campaign.

I for one will not be buying one from the club shop. Or JD, Sports Direct or anywhere else for that matter. They are a rip off and I don't really like wearing them anyway.

No doubt there'll be hundreds of thousands of people that do and our views on this matter will mean nothing to the people that set the prices.
