Nice one Bob. As stated in the other thread it's not the end of the world, but it would have looked bloody gorgeous outnumbered, as the only city fan in front of 50 Rags on Sunday.

Same thing happened to me. It amazes me how they can advertise the free printing of the Kun Agüero shirt and then realise that they can't source the two dots.

Oh well. I told them to substitute it with Silva instead.

considering they were making a big deal of it and marketing it with free printing you'd think they'd be prepared.

i just replied to 'em... typical city, cancel the fooking order i'll take my money elsewhere if the official mcfc store cant sort an aguero shirt im sure jjb can.

I too ordered the shirt deal last week, although I haven't received an email. However I did ring up to complain as I ordered them to be delivered to where I am staying on holiday.

The lady on the other end of the phone said that even if I took the shirts with no printing I wouldn't receive them until next week and she would change the shipping address to my home address.

I have checked several times and it is still showing the shipping address to be where I am staying on holiday. Hopefully they turn up there and I will be back onto Kitbag to send me a replacement.

Just got this from their customer service department :

'Thank you for your email. Your details have been passed to the relevant department to have the printing changed as requested. I can confirm you will not be charged for the printing. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.'

At least they changed it to SILVA 21 free of charge.

Will never use KITBAG ever again. I did not buy anything to do with football. I bought a waterproof Jacket £99.00 from them. The jacket has a lifetime guarantee and if it leaks then the company(not kitbag) will give you a new one. I had to send it back to Kitbag who then was to send it on. It was simple.

Took me 6weeks to get the damn jacket out of Kitbag and then I had to get the manufacturer to phone them up to get it back.

A complete load of cack and are supposed to be part of Umbro I believe. If they are they are giving Umbro a bad name.

Ive used Kitbag loads of times ordering kits for my son and usually they are pretty good. But I am confused about shirt printing in the shop and was wondering if anyone else had an issues?

Basically my lad went and spent all his birthday money on the new home kit from the citystore and paid for champs league patches and a name on the back but the name and number are in prem league printing??

Surely they should be in the champs league lettering etc but city told me that everyone is having that printing but they havent exactly been telling people that they will be getting the other lettering in and giving you the option to wait and now my 9yr old thinks he's got a duff shirt.

I got my email from the club today saying that they are sorry etc etc ...

So was gonna order it from jjb instead.

not sure if they do but the lettering is in blue apparently. you could call a local jjb and ask
