Kodi (Bluemoon Build)

Aquired a firestick with kodI I have sorted out the parental setting on line in my BT account but the tutorial I have seen on YouTube says I need to open up a browser within kodi to do it there also but I can not find a browser...any help much appreciated...thanks

you also have to change settings on your bt hub. Will post how in a bit.

Are there any tips for getting better sound? Box connected to tv via hdmi.
the footy i'm on now has sound that comes in 'waves'. Is this just a consequence of stream quality or can i change some settings on box to get smoother sound. Ta.

can't remember now but i've had the same issue a few times. I was hoping there was a fix like the brilliant 'turn off vidd accel' tip you gave. That worked a treat.
I think it must be the stream quality or my internet connection from bt so i'm gonna spend an hour or two pushing all the buttons on every remote i have and see if i get anywhere.

I wish you luck mate, sometimes when the stream is encoded they compress it so it has a detrimental effect on the audio. Not watched any football today but have you tried the streams in phoenix? They're usually very good :)

So its time for your build. Do i need to get 'official' kodi installed first and then update it to bluemoon build or has bm build got all the software i need.

Hey stoner, make sure you install Kodi 16.0 (not 16.1) and then follow the YouTube tutorial for the build mate :)

1. Can I get this on these boxes
2. Can I get it on my Smart TV
Should I buy a pre loaded fire stick as I don't use a pc?

1. Can I get this on these boxes....KODI...yes in a fashion its just like Ts media the boxs suffer badly with lack of ram
2. Can I get it on my Smart TV...Possibly if its an Android Tv, not had a play yet myself but in theory i would say so

Yes you can get this build on any android based boxes mate, I think zgemma is android based mate :)

I actually do the build on my laptop which is running Linux mint so it should be OK, however it does not work not good on a Raspberry pi which is also Linux based so I can't be 100% sure then sprout
