Obviously about money if he does go, as Southampton appear to have the better squad, and better prospects.
I'm surprised at this one.
He's a chairman's dream. He's sold players for good money (mostly Liverpool 's) yet still achieved a respectable season.
I can only assume that the Southampton board aren't offering the wages and transfer kitty that Everton are.

well Everton will have a few extra bob, and they'll have Stones/Lukaku money to spend as well. Obviously sees it as a quicker route to compete.
