Serbians and race issues? Really. Albanians generally are great people but crikey they have neighbour issues with some other Balkan states.
Surely, The Mail (that trusty paper, I can't mock http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/greenslade/2011/dec/06/dailymail-oswald-mosley), should have span a wonderful web on the story and said nowt is happening, please go to Albania it is beautiful etc.

He'll have set off for the match with the intention of getting a chance of waving his flag in Kolarov's face and when the chance came, the little shit mouths off as well. Doling it out but can't take it back!

Manchester City's Aleksandar Kolarov to face no police action
Manchester City and Serbia defender Aleksandar Kolarov will face no further police action following an inquiry into alleged racist abuse.
He was investigated after a dispute with two supporters holding an Albanian flag at Newcastle United in December.
Northumbria Police got involved after the fans alleged they were abused by the 27-year-old while he warmed up as a substitute at St James' Park.
A police spokeswoman said: "There will be no further police action."
There is a history of enmity between Serbia and Albania. Tensions between the countries most recently relate to the majority-Albanian Kosovo, which declared independence from Serbia in 2008.
