Kolo Toure case report by the FA

Sorry if its been posted before. But while randomly browsing the net i came upon the case proceedings between Kolo Toure and FA. Just sharing it for anyone interested/still hasnt seen it.

first I'm surprised he Toure needed an interpretor?

also does he really have a phobia (medical condition) about the size of his belly?

I think when you're talking about determining guilt from a person's words, so much depends on the subtle nuances of language and you'd definitely want to be putting your case forward in your first language if you could, 'fluent' in another one or not.
