Simple all those places are greater manchester in political and admin boundries
But anything south of the mersey and east of the tame is cheshire and anything north and west is lancashire.

But back to Vinny, seems an odd choice considering stockport are shite

i think its stockport council. there were rumors that sale sharks were trying to move back in though.
