Well I'm not going to stick the boot in on kompany,these things happen sometimes you just have to take it on the chin no matter how hard it is to stomach..Vinnie made a mistake he isn't the first and he sure wont be the last.....

I do but he shouldn't be beyond critisim he's cost is a few times this season and other times we've got away with it.

If he was injured today and that's what made him play bad the he should of stepped aside and admitted it rather than take the risk which cost us. Thinking of himself not the team

Reminded me a little of the own goal against Fulham. On both occasions he was under no direct pressure and simply tried to kick the ball too hard, thereby having less control and, unfortunately, an undesired result.

You really think we would have been better without Kompany ? God I don't even care that he made a mistake, plenty of people make mistakes but he's our captain and needs our backing no matter what ! That fella runs though walls for city !

Aye, without reading through all the posts, bet a few sticking the boot in, were those saying OMG he's gotta play we're fucked without him.
Anyway he is not above criticism, no players is, but some of the name calling of him on here today, is nothing short of a fucking disgrace.

Why is it when ever you say anything bad about a city player you are a rag or a hater?

I love Vinny but he has regressed since we won the league 2 years ago. He wasn't great last year and he hasn't been that good this year as well. It seems he is untouchable on this forum and it needs to stop.

Even the messi penalty conceded against Barca i actually think it was his fault instead of Demichelis., yet it was Demichelis who was getting all the blame and abuse from fans.

Obviously at fault for the 2nd and 3rd goals but I also though he got caught napping for the through ball for the first goal, once Vinnie gets back I have NO idea why Hart doesn't retreat back into his goal as he's totally unsighted in the end, if he retreats into the goal he has a chance of saving the shot ....
