Wait until we see how the tunnel incident is blown out of all proportion; it'll be made to look as if he kicked the child mascot.

I'll get slated for this but it was a poor decision by Vinny to drag him back, yes it should have been a foul but it wasn't given. He would have had ample time to track back and we'd still have 11 men on the pitch. He can be forgiven though given the amount of times he has saved us.

You're right, but as a defender myself its instinct to "take one for the team". Although it was completely the wrong decision I can understand why he did it.

Coping without Kompany

So will it be Lescott and Demichelis, then? Sounds a bit creaky... I'd be tempted to try to put Nastasic in there for one of them, and pack the midfield... Any better ideas?

As creaky as it gets. They would be better off with Lescott and Nastasic, without Demichelis.

Although he had a decent enough game against Hull City, I just don't trust Demichelis.
