KP789's Matchday moan

My matchday moan today is about Brown,
Why has he not been booked today???!!!
The linesman got the richards goal decision correct this time which makes a change from past games.
No he didn't. Barry was offside, but not interfering with play. He was behind Micah. That goal should have stood.

Richards was not offside, it was barry and he mustve thought he was interfering with play (which he wasnt).

I think the referees waiting for brown to break someones leg before booking him.

Are Mike Dean and Howard Webb the two worst or most biased (or both) referees in the Premier League ...????

After watching Mike Dean not give the penalty when Fletcher scythed down Arshavin you wonder how any challenge in the future could ever be a penalty again ... but oh no ... Shrek gets a penalty having completely lost the ball running away from goal and he fell over the keepers arm which was lying on the ground. As Wenger said "It's what you get at OT" .... he also noted the player who committed twenty fouls that did not get booked (t'was Fletcher INMHO). Dean is a joke of a referee and needs sorting out.

Fast forward to Sunday and the Howard Webb show. That awful Brown makes 6 crude and ugly tackles and gets a finger wagging from Webb .... then he has a clear view (I checked it three times using slow-mo) of Micah's goal and was only too pleased (or incompetent or biased) to dis-allow it; then after booking Zab for his first tackle he denies us a penalty for exactly the same type of tackle on SWP then minutes later ditto for the foul on Tevez. Webb is a joke of a referee and needs sorting out.

It was a pity that MOTD2 did not look deeper at Webb's performance yesterday .. it was totally unacceptable ... Let's hope that the City report on the referee points out all his inconsistencies and errors .... Maybe Hackett can apologise to City over the Micah goal like he is doing to Arsenal over the Wenger sending off.

Unless the Club start making a stink about the referee's performance soon then we will be playing against two teams in every game - the opposition and the refereeing team (all four of them that is). We don;y have to do it publicly but we have to take it up withe FA ... they want Respect and we want Consistency which means the same rules for all.

Great start by City.
