Ladder needed in Hawarden

Anybody passing near Hawarden with a decent ladder this weekend?

I had a new flue fitted to my boiler which exits the house in the loft which is some 15-20 Ft above ground level.

It’s a 5 minute job if anybody can help but too high for my two piece ladder

The installer “missed my messages” when I told him he needed a ladder. He consequently had to push the grommet/ seal through the wall from the loft with the new flue pipe and it’s not flush with the wall as a result...

Decent price and recommended by another Blue from work but the finishing touch was missing... if I had roof bars i’d hire a ladder... will keep the feelers out as once I have access to a ladder the fix will take minutes..
