Lady refereeing

Male ref makes mistake = "Fuck me, this ref is shit".

Female ref makes mistake = "Fuck me, female refs are shit".
 
You can see on one of the replays that she is staring straight at the player who picks the ball up. What on earth were either of them thinking?!!

I would like to add, after watching a bit of England ladies vs NZ, the "lady expert" with the commentator was blind, unbelievably bias or just fucking clueless

Not unusual to see female refs over here.. They're just as bad as the male refs, but they actually seem to command a bit more respect from the players. Way less arguing and ref-intimidation than games with their male counterparts.

Quite refreshing, really.
 
saw this on Sky this morning, it does make you wonder but lets be honest some of the decisions the refs make in the PL are mindboggling. Richard Keys would have a good idea of a better way for her to spend her time, does she do tarmacing I wonder?!?!
