Unfortunately we’re all getting older and find it harder to shake stuff off especially those who have been following us for the last 50/60 years or so I’m hearing more frequently of people around my age passing

Sad news,I have just been told that Lancs Blue (Brendan) passed away a few weeks ago.
He posted on here and was involved with Citymancs at one time.
I first met Brendan when we used to travel on the Finglands coaches from Platt Lane in the early seventies and he was a regular home and awayer and many European travels for the 50 years I've known him.
Latterly he has lived in Cleveleys and was a member of the local supporters club,still attending home and away matches.
One of the many unsung heroes of our club.
Condolences to his family and friends.

I've not seen Brendan since I moved to the South Stand but I spoke to him many times previously pre match in the East Stand. He was an understated, thoughtful man and a Blue through and through.
