Laptop Problem

[I am Irrefutable]

I have reinstalled Windows 7 Professional and i am trying to download Firefox and it says 'file is corrupt' or 'unknown publisher'.

It is doing this for everything I am trying to download, also the Graphics card driver is saying I am up to date with a standard Graphics Card when I know full well It is supposed to be a ATI Radeon card.

I am sick of being fobbed off by my isp who says theres nothing wrong, can someone here just give me an honest opinion of what is wrong with it.

Cheers mate, I tried that but it still didn't work.

T mobile have said it is the wireless card on my Laptop but it can't be if I can still connect to the internet?

I am thinking of buying a new Hard Drive and installing windows on that, does anyone think it will work?
