Indeed. With Balotelli playing like he could one day become a world class star. Was that the 4-0 game in the blazing Sun?

Les,George,Johnny ?Correct as we only had the corner of the Gallowgate.
I even recall 2 City fans going down the back of the terrace to have a sort out to decide who was the hardest Blue ,I know who they were.. NO NAMES
We were in an open temporary stand at Lokeren, and Cheesy and other broadcasters were in a converted double decker bus at the side of the pitch.TNS away was probably 8000. How many went to Lokeren too? That was a big turnout for Europe. Was it 4-5k?
I thought Anelka set up the Goat with a handball. My old man ran out of the house when Anelka scored and went pub. He didn’t know it had been disallowed til he got there, thought everyone was winding him up
That was a hot day!Indeed. With Balotelli playing like he could one day become a world class star.
Sunderland 1991 I reckon.
Leeds FA Cup 77/78 or Everton FA Cup 81. The days when terracing was jam packed and for both games City had upper tiers behind the goal too as well as terracing up to the halfway line on one side. Some old skool Leeds lads will say they think it was the biggest away following they ever had at Elland Road
One of themLes,George,Johnny ?
