Just got back from Trainspotting 2.

Loved it, really relieved it's not bad, and it's genuinely good.

I've seen a few reviews since watching that say it lacks the extra spark of the first which captured the public mood when it was released. I was 4 when the first came out so I never got that from it, and therefor I didn't find it to be missing from this one - maybe if you were caught up in that in the mid 90s

Wont go into the plot but, yeah, I bloody loved it. Stayed with me all the way home and I'm still going over it.
