The Nightingale.
Australian film, Im partial to historical Australian films so really enjoyed it.
Well made movie.

Beware though, it's not for the faint hearted.
Based on reality, not fiction.
Those white men really were bastards.

A grim gothic tale set in colonial Australia, part buddy movie part rape-revenge flick with lashings of violence, sexism and racism all thrown into the melting pot.

A challenging and brutal watch about the themes of survival and injustice, I loved it.
