I’ve had to go back to petrol as after 3 years, the batteries in my mower aren’t charging well enough. It takes 3-4 charges to cut my lawns. Half an hour job becomes a 6 hour job.

That one uses Briggs and stratton batteries, not sure if they're any better than others, plus a Briggs and stratton charger. I'll probably be in the same boat as you next summer mate, lol

I went for a Hyundai, thinking that they had decent knowledge of battery power. It did ok for the first 18 months and got progressively worse. The mower needed 2 batteries but they only provide one charger. I had to buy another charger to speed up the charging time.

Then, during the pandemic, no batteries were available anywhere in the U.K.. They’d be £140 a pop too.

Petrol is much easier!

We have a big Bosch cable electric one - its not great. B%Q own brand one we had before was better. But i'd have a petrol if the wife wouldn't moan about it.

i have a battery strimmer and its crap.
