Lawro's Prediction for Man City v Liverpool

2011 home record, played 28 games, won 26, drew 2, lost none. Nothing Liverpool have done so far gives me anything to suggest they won't be added to the 26 column. This is just Lawro jumping on the band waggon after some dropped points. Lets face it, we've drawn 0-0 and lost 1-0 in the last few games, but we've been the better side in both matches. Yes, it's been disappointing, but the points tally doesn't really indicate the performance level.

Does Lawro ever predict that Liverpool will lose a game?

We will win and win comfortably.

He is way off the mark. Bellamy will score early but it will finish Man City 1-1 Bindippers with Aguero grabbing an 88th minute equalizer..

He said 0-0 and you wildly predict 1-1. So, according to you, he was pretty close to the mark then.....................

I see it that way too, but with more quality to make a better job of it when they do break forward, tough match this.

Very......................Liverpool at the moment are exactly the team we don't want to be playing right now. Very solid at the back and quick on the break, which is precisely how teams have worked out how to play us.
1-1 Draw and then lose at their place.
The three points we 'threw away' at Sunderland were more important than the League Cup Final.

-- Mon Jan 02, 2012 11:41 am --

No we wont

I think a draw is very much on the cards, Liverpool do well against their fellow top six sides and tomorrow will be no exception, Sunday will be very difficult as will the League Cup game , a month ago brainless chumps were thinking every game will be a walkover, the next five months are going to be mental torture lets hope we have the winning mentality that the vermin have.

Pre match discussion thread is now up on the matchday part of the form

lol. Erm, you do know it's a league game tomorrow don't you?

What has the Carling Cup got to do with the team selection against Sunderland?
