Pep is the leader. He needs to get the footage of the bus attack on his screen, sit them down and say “remember this lads? Do you want these ****s winning the title? No.......then make sure you get out there and give every last ounce of energy you have. Leave nothing behind. He then picks Kompany to make sure it happens.

All made a huge difference today

Kompany leads by example, Fernandinho will argue with opposition players and organise everyone positionally as well as reading the game and creating attacking opportunities for us, David Silva will organise the possession and move people into spaces he wants them to be in through his passing and he will also moan like fuck at the ref all game like nobody else does in the team.

All three like getting stuck in n’all.
 
Leadership is a strange notion. If you ask people for example’s they come up with a wide range of examples - Hitler, Thatcher, Mao - God help us. You also get a lot of self appointed leaders - John Terry or Roy Keane - just bullies who are ultimately devisive but think they are leaders - the press love a tub thumper - look at Hart’s idiotic behaviour with England (that’s not leadership). Real leaders are people like Fern and David Silva. Team players, loyal, give to the cause, set an example, decent people. We are lucky to have a few low profile leaders in our squad.
 
Not many teams really have leaders now as there are too many ego's in the dressing room. Players don't like being told what to do by their team mates.
 
Leadership?! None on the pitch tonight and none off it either. Slumped in his seat all night, Pep’s body language sucked arse. That’s 4 league defeats in our last 9, and each and everyone of them you could see coming a mile off. Sloppy, complacent passing, attacking at walking pace, and titting around making suicidal decisions in our own box. That was the 4th utterly needless penalty we’ve conceded in the last 3 months. Laporte apart, that was abject tonight, and we’ve got 8 games coming up in February. Some serious bollockings need to be handed out
 
It annoys me that the leadership of the club fail to address what needs addressing every Summer after we win the league.

Yes being tight bastards as if to prove some sort of point. We wont pay over the odds. Yeah lets do that and watch the other top clubs pay up and we get left behind. Cant blame pep for being pissed. I said it ages ago that txiki is a clown
