Not sure what time. I assume after the Everton v Orient game that evening, or it could be a lunch time draw. Anyone know? Also is it seeded? The 2nd round draw was.

Normally on a Saturday at noon live on Gillette Soccer Saturday. Don't think the 3rd round is seeded.
