MP is trying to get the balance right between experience and blooding the youngsters........plus I'm sure if the injury situation wasn't so bad he would have rested both Yaya and KDB but with the likes off Ferna (suspended) and nasri injured along with silva the only creative midfielder we have is KDB.

Glad sterling has a rest as well as Komps and otto and great to see zabba back

I think he has played 442 as to play Kelechi upfront on his own would have been a big ask even in the carling cup ......lets hope it gives Bony a kick up the ass to improve his performances!

yup could make for a very long night and a wide open game but I dont think MP has many options left open to him at present...im usr ehe would have normally rested yay for this one if he could have for a starter
