League Cup Final - Post Match Thread

Biggest City win in a Final, 3-0.
Biggest Arsenal loss in a Final,0-3.
In all the Cup Finals Pep has won, in Spain, Germany and England, his teams have only let in ONE GOAL!

Good day all around with the only blemish being Fernandinho’s injury. Brilliant to see Jesus is actually fit enough to get a run out. I’d play him Thursday and try to get 60 mins out of him, see what the score is and then decide whether to risk Sergio for 30 mins or not.

The Future is Blue.
The Future is Now.

Fantastic display from the lads...some great football and we bossed le arse.. Wenger needs to look at his own team before calling Raz a diver.
From top tier looking at Arse fans section there were quite a lot of empty seats in top tier ...bet it wasn't mentioned in press.
Bravo was magnificent in goal and Vinny was like the Vinny we all love... fantastic to see him take the ball away from Arsenal forward after giving him a start lol.
Nice to see the older lads score too.
Coldest I've ever been at Wembley but worth it..hope Fern ok for Thursday.

Yes I thought that lots of empty seat and started leaving as soon as 3rd goal went in. Pretty shabby.

Pain in the arse getting off Wembley Way to walk back to the car in Brent... Plod making everybody go through the station even if not taking trains...

Home before midnight and really enjoyed the day, weather was superb... too many Blues in our block (507) were bladdered and probably won't even remember the game... fist fights in the 2nd half which was sad to see... but it takes all sorts I guess...

I was on 507 - row 2 and didn’t see any trouble at all! Loved it

I thought the Arsenal fans were very polite and considerate......

By not turning up and filling their allocation thus enabling the ones who did go an easier early exit.

Did anyone get a video of the Poznan . It's looked great from the front of 520.

There were empty seats in the arsenal end long before that. Hundreds empty in their end all game, doesn’t look like they sold out
I guy at work tried to get tickets for him and his lad, He is a Hatter, his lad support the Arse... he told me they were £150 each... I told him there were lots of empty seats but he had tried a few outlets... another Gooner I know in Ayr (I know, mental situation) said the same thing

great win, dominant display.

Wembley is a shithole its official, getting there and back is crap, facilities crap. KO off time shite. Giving them trips a miss for a while.

I have not enjoyed the last few. Made it better as I have spent the night in London. Just about to go to madam Tussaud’s and have my picture taken with trump.

People used to say, "ah, you've won nothing with Pep yet."
Well, WE HAVE NOW!
The jealous b's can do one.
Congratulations everyone and I hope that Pep stays with us for another 25 years!

Saw a city fan walk in with his wife in our end and she was wearing a arse top. That is just taking the piss! Anyone know what happened in 120 in first half as it looked like St Johns were trying to sort out a medical issue. Hope whoever it was is ok. Can anyone confirm whether or not the arse have beaten the rags record of a stadium evacuation - it looked pretty close

I saw her too and I was is 120.

Seeing the crying kid actually upset me. it reminded me of 1974 when we lost to Wolves I was 9 cried coming out to be comforted by my late granddad who promised will be back next year worth waiting the extra year to see Tuearts overhead kick
