Cut your losses now and get a pitched roof put on and start your conversion into a proper room
Your 25 year guarantee is usually a product guarantee so you will have to contact the manufacturer. The company that installs it generally only give a 12 month installation guarantee. Obviously a decent company would come out and have a look for you even if it's after the 12 month period.

Yeah, take the boy's round, torch their gaff, then let it burn down whilst chuckling in your engine !!Just tell them they'd want to sort it out as it'll cost you a lot less to take a contract out on them than it would to fix the roof.

Blue Mist has a good point...............torch the fucker and get a new garage built with a pitched roof or have a proper extension built.

This - and I bet the manufacturers will say that the roofing material has been poorly/incorrectly applied
