Blue Mist has a good point...............torch the fucker and get a new garage built with a pitched roof or have a proper extension built.
Your 25 year guarantee is usually a product guarantee so you will have to contact the manufacturer. The company that installs it generally only give a 12 month installation guarantee. Obviously a decent company would come out and have a look for you even if it's after the 12 month period.
