Why can´t we just forget about RVP and go for this guy instead, he´s a goalmachine, and he plays in Brasil, how costly can he be?
Hope that´s the player Bobby Manc are watching tonight at the old urinale.

Spurs are in for him, but his price will rise now which is a good thing :)

he will end up in Italy probably.

A very good player........the thing with Brazilians is that they can be very much hit and miss in the UK

looked good tonight, two great finishes, would get goals in any league in the world prem/la liga/seria A

if dzeko goes....bring him in!!

class player.

good worker, good touch, good finisher .

whats not to like!!!

But we dont need a striker.

Even without Tevez for most of the season, and with balotelli still developing, or being suspended, we were top scorers.

We should be looking at young players for the future and maybe some cover in defence. If a player like Bale becomes available we can bid for him, but only if we use our resources wisely

My thoughts exactly, We could even make some money on transfer movement i.e Dzeko to Juve 25 mil, Leandro Damiao in for 20 mil and on less in terms of wages.

Currently we have 3 olympic winners from 2 different tournaments; Tevez at Athens, and Zaba and Kun at Beijing, Brazil are looking nailed on for the Gold Medal, Can we get another Gold Medalist?

Comparisons to Jo are silly, mainly because I find it hard to compare Jo to any other player; He is 6 ft 2 1⁄2 in but non existent in the air, and not a main striker, but rather plays off one and looks to get on the ball and dribble in to space in front of goal, I just can't think of anybody with the same style and physical attributes.

The Comparison to Fabiano is spot on though, Damiao can play as a main striker or off a more Physical taller player like Fabiano did with Kanoute. Whats more if you play him on the right of attack or up top on his own he could play with any of our strikers;

Aguero-Damiao

Balotelli-Damiao

Damiao
---
Tevez

and although he would be a replacement for Dzeko, this might work as well

Dzeko
---
Damiao It would play just like Kanoute and Fabiano at Sevilla

Also he would n't need wingers as his team in Brazil play with 10's just like us Oscar (until recently) and Andrés D'Alessandro.Whilst he scored 14 in 28 in the 2011 season.

Got a good trick in him

Some great goals in here

And in case you need a deal breaker, here it is; It pisses off Spurs, but they have little choice but to buy Ade, If we sell Dzeko, we get a replacement who is more rounded and suits our style better, plus if it works out we would n't have to buy another forward for a while, Three players in Kun, Balo and Leandro in their early twenties and let carlos run his contract down and that is 2 years until we might look to add any forwards, but we could have 10 years+ service from any of the three young strikers. Oh and Internacional have got a youth player forward by the name of Jo on the books maybe the could throw him in as part of the deal.
