I read somewhere in the past couple of weeks that MH had told around eight of our reserves that they will not have their contracts renewed! Curtis Obeng being one of them, anyone seen this list?

I think the eight were mostly the "in betweeners" if you can call them that, the 20/21 year olds who have graduated from the Academy but not progressed enough to warrant a place in the first team squad.

Hamann, Ball, Mills etc are formally part of the first team squad.

A lad I know that is in the reserves has been told he will be released in the summer along with a few others. I just hope he can go on and make a living out of the game somewhere else.
