Are there any Leeds based Blues here who can help out a friend of mine with infromation on a supporters club/coaches/travel to and from matches?

Any info would be much appreciated.

The West Yorkshire branch of the OSC meets at Morley cricket club on the first Tuesday of every month at 8pm. The first meet of the season will be in September. Hope to see your mate and any other Leeds based blues there.

Do you run coaches? Do they go near Leeds City Centre at all?

He's going to Uni there in September and has just got a Season Ticket.

Coaches aren't run to all matches although they have been arranged for the Wembley visits. The lads (and lasses) that go are spread far and wide and tend to make their own arrangements, However the branch is looking to recruit (particularly in Leeds) and depending upon the uptake this year there may be demand for more regular coach travel.

If all else fails there are trains galore from Leeds at £10.90 return with student card.

run 24 hrs too! Although they are only every 2 hrs overnight it still gives you no worries ever about getting back to Leeds

Coaches run all the time from Leeds bus station in the city centre there , to Chorlton Street in Manchester ...... it doesn't cost much , and sometimes it can cost next to nothing with the 'fun' fares which are available on certain journeys.

My stepdaughter is at Leeds Uni , and has been for two years now , and she gets the coaches back and forth to Manchester all the time.

But there are posters on here who drive over from Leeds for games , and you might yet touch lucky with one of them.
